Víctor specializes in intellectual property, administrative litigation, and regulatory strategy, with over two decades of experience advising multinational corporations in life sciences, technology, and sports. His practice is defined by the legal architecture of high-value intangible assets, integrating patent and trademark enforcement with complex constitutional litigation (Amparo).
Having held senior leadership roles in both the public sector—at the Office of the Legal Counsel to the President—and the sports industry, he provides a sophisticated perspective that aligns regulatory positioning with global business objectives. He is recognized for executing actionable strategies in high-stakes environments, bridging technical precision with institutional coordination.

Sara holds a BSc in Pharmaceutical Biological Chemistry from UNAM and has over 15 years of experience in sanitary regulation across the pharmaceutical, food, environmental, and healthcare sectors.
Before joining PROPER, she worked for the Federal Government at the sanitary authority in Mexico and leading industry firms as a specialized consultant. In these roles, she spearheaded regulatory strategies and prepared technical reports to ensure compliance with national standards.

Tania has 20+ years of experience on filing and controlling large patent portfolios. Prior joining PROPER, Tania worked for several years in large IP firms based on Mexico City and Spain, where she was responsible of all aspects of filing and prosecuting domesting and international applications.

Rodrigo has a BSc. in Biology and a Masters degree in agricultural science from Hohenheim University, in Germany.
He worked for several years as a documentary agent inside a German tech company before joining PROPER to coordinate our internal translations team.
He is fluent in Spanish, French, English and German.

Itza has a Master´s degree in finance on technology from Télécom SudParis, in France.
She pioneered the implementation of electronic invoices in Mexico working for IBM back in the 90´s. She has extensive experience in managing finance departments of multinational corporations, and now leads our finance department implementing IA and new technologies in our internal finance processes.
